If you have hair extensions, it is desirable to take off hair extensions, if possible, before receiving treatment. Receiving head spa treatment with hair extensions on may prevent the treatment from fully working. Therefore, we may ask you to take off hair extensions in order to secure the quality of our head spa treatment. Thank you for your understanding.

No, our spa menu includes simple drying only, and does not include full hair styling.

Yes, we offer choices. You can choose your shampoo from Cleansing Shampoo and Mild Shampoo. You can choose your aroma from Lavender, Jasmine, Rose, Bergamot, Ylang-ylang, and Peppermint.

The Premium Head Spa courses include shampoo, aroma massage, head spa using alkaline reduced water and aroma steam, and rinsing with carbonated spring water, among other things.

Please book for a Premium Head Spa course at least one day before your visit. Depending on your preferred date, no seat may be available. We recommend that you book early.
Yes, we may shorten your treatment time if you arrive late for your appointment, in order to avoid delays in subsequent clients’ treatment times. We may not be able to move your treatment down into the next time frame if it is booked by the next client or depending on your circumstances. Thank you for your understanding. We are committed to provide services in a smooth manner so that our clients can fully enjoy our treatment.
No, we do not have shower rooms. If you wish to receive hair care services after spa treatment, you need to separately book for them.
We use clean towels and sheets at all times. We give full consideration to their hygiene. Please feel safe using them.
There are no particular age restrictions, but clients under the age of 18 need the consent of their guardians.
There are no particular dress codes, but we recommend that you wear clothes that you feel comfortable in while receiving spa treatment.
There are no time restrictions on the use of our spa salon, but please make sure to allow time for us to complete your booked treatments within the booked time slot. Please be aware in advance that your treatment time may be shortened in respect to the next client’s booking.

Please kindly provide 24-hour notice, should you no longer be available for your appointment.

If you cancel your appointment with 24 hours notice, you will not be charged.

Is it your first time?

We appreciate that sometimes emergencies happen. First-time no-shows and late cancellations will not be charged a fee. After that, you will be charged a 100% fee for appointments missed or cancelled without a 24-hour warning.

This helps us ensure that clients on the waiting list can make an appointment and allows us to continue offering the highest levels of care.

Yes, we decline to provide head spa treatment if the customer:
  • is pregnant;
  • has allergies;
  • has wounds or eczema on the scalp;
  • has a burn on the scalp;
  • is recovering from surgery;
  • needs emergency medical attention;
  • is receiving outpatient treatment due to illness or injury; or
  • has too short hair.
If you are receiving outpatient treatment due to illness or injury, we recommend that you decide, based on your physician’s diagnosis, whether or not you are well enough to receive head spa treatment. If you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to ask our friendly staff. To give first priority to our clients’ safety and health, we decline to provide head spa treatment to clients to whom any of the above applies.
There are no restrictions on the use of our spa salon. However, if you are pregnant or have allergies, we recommend that you talk to our spa staff in advance.

Treat as Cash:

Gift vouchers should be treated as cash tender and lost or stolen vouchers will not be replaced.

Validity Period:

Gift vouchers are valid for 3 years from the date of purchase. Please see date of issue.

Remaining Balance:

Any remaining balance can be used for future purchases.

Any remaining balance will be converted into a new voucher.

Additional Charges for Shortfall:

In the event that the remaining balance is insufficient to cover the total cost of a future purchase, any shortfall amount will need to be paid separately.

Non-Refundable:

Gift vouchers are non-refundable.

Non-Redeemable for Cash:

Gift vouchers are not redeemable for cash.

Late Arrivals or No Shows:

Late arrivals or no shows may result in you forfeiting your gift voucher.

Use at Yuki hair spa  and Yuki Japanese Head Spa:

Gift cards may be used for redemption on any Yukihair and Yuki Japanese Head Spa services, products, or promotions at any Yuki hair spa and Yuki Japanese Head Spa salon.
